Our 360 Review is a data-driven leadership insight tool that allows you to get feedback from your co-founders, investors, board members, direct reports and other stakeholders.

360 REVIEW PROCESS 

REVIEWS

Choose at least seven people to act as your evaluators to provide feedback on your leadership. At the same time, undertake your own review, a self-assessment survey on how you perceive your leadership.

COACH DEBRIEF

Following the survey, a detailed report will be compiled highlighting important themes, clearly showing areas of strengths and limitations alongside a percentile score for each competency or tendency.

ACTIONABLE PLAN

You and your coach will co-create a leadership development plan that is geared towards working on your strengths and opportunities for further professional and venture growth.
