The leadership accelerator development programme will run approximately four times a year. There are up to 16 places in total for each programme which is split into a live in-person weekend immersion training followed by online group leadership modules and 121 executive coaching, to help you transition your learning to real life. The three-day immersion will be held in different locations and the six-week implementation sessions will be delivered as six video-conferencing sessions. Throughout your journey, you will also be offered three in-person or virtual 121 coaching sessions with a leadership coach to embed your learning and insights further. This programme is by application only and is for founders, c-suite teams and leaders in organisations wishing to make the leadership shift and thrive in the digital age.

A leadership coach will take you through three one-on-one executive coaching sessions. In these confidential sessions, you and your coach will explore any personal and work road blocks and shortages getting in the way of you successfully transitioning to the next stage as an entrepreneurial leader.

Gemma is a Consultant and Leadership Coach who uses her skills from working with leaders in technology programmes. She draws from her wide variety of experiences and learning to help leaders transition and develop an authentic leadership style while developing their cognitive, emotional and social skills to better communicate, lead, manage and inspire teams. Before qualifying as a coach in 2014 with the NeuroLeadership Institute she was Head of Communications for a Central Government startup initiative. Before then, she formed part of the turnaround team of a Central Government technology portfolio. She’s held many senior communication positions for management consultancies, a European retailer, a global medical technology firm and in the early days founded a media relations startup for early-stage marketing and digital agencies. Gemma believes in educating leaders about the science of the brain as well as the human dimension to reach higher levels of consciousness, greater productivity, resilience and wellbeing.

Simon Collins is a Performance Consultant and Coach who works with entrepreneurs and leaders in the digital space. Simon is a digital veteran himself, having started a web design agency in 1995 in Clerkenwell and an e-commerce startup in the early 2000’s. Simon has also worked as a project manager at many of Londons biggest digital agencies delivering digital solutions for some of the worlds largest brands including Coca-Cola, Citi Bank, Sainsbury, Unilever and Skype. In 2012 Simon moved toward working with people with a focus on unlocking the human potential. Having learnt a new understanding of the mind from some of the best teachers in the world, Simon qualified as a coach, facilitator and trainer in 2014. Since then Simon has been coaching executives and leaders almost exclusively in the tech world. Simon believes that through insight and realisation anyone can access the same power and wisdom that has provided the greats in history with their inventions and innovations. He loves the truth that our unique expression and creativity is only ever one fresh thought away. It is the same with productivity, resilience and wellbeing.
