The leadership accelerator development programme will run approximately four times a year. There are up to 12 places in total for each programme which is split into a foundation immersive learning experience followed by group online toolkit modules, stretch assessments and 121 executive coaching to help founders transition learning to the new role. The three-day foundation immersion will be held in different locations and the leadership toolkit modules will be delivered as eight online sessions with practical stretch assignments. Throughout the transition programme, founders will also be offered 12 in-person or virtual 121 coaching sessions with a leadership coach to embed learning and insights further. This programme is by application only and is for founders, c-suite teams wishing to make the leadership shift as the company enters a new stage of growth.

LEADERSHIP FOUNDATIONS
This takes place over three days. During this immersion we will uncover the science of effective leadership. Days 1 and 2 will be based on exploring a new understanding of leadership and resilience and the implications. Day 3 you will craft your value-based leadership philosophy, develop your communication effectiveness, define success for the role and create your 10 week transition strategy and action plan.
